Shipping policy
At www.dubaiki.com, we strive to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and satisfactory. Below, we explain our shipping conditions.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship exclusively to:
Mainland Spain
***We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, or the Canary Islands.
2. Delivery Times
Orders are prepared and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays). The estimated delivery time is 10 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Conditions
Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the shipping company will contact you to make a second attempt or arrange a new date.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is correct and complete.
4. Incidents and Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absences, etc.), a second delivery or return will be processed as appropriate. In these cases, additional shipping costs may apply.
